Yes, the main pub and dining area is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible toilet. The rear garden is not accessible due to two stairs to the exit.

Our friendly staff are very good at identifying customers who may need support in a variety of ways and quietly go about ensuring everyone’s experience is great. We are able to seat people in quiet areas, at tables with more space, read menus and make recommendations, and happily provide assistance where needed. Where possible it helps if you are able to flag an accessibility request when you book.

Monday, Friday & Saturday 12.00 pm to 9.30 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Sundays 12.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

We can accommodate all major dietary requirements. If it is not clear on the menus which dishes are suitable for your requirements, do not hesitate to ask our team, who will clarify.

I’m afraid our meat is not halal, but we offer a variety of seafood and vegetarian dishes that our guests enjoy. If you speak to us when booking, then providing we have enough notice we can provide halal dishes for you

We offer a variety of drinks and food packages that cater to every style of event, from formal meals to casual drinks and canapes. We update our menus and fabulous event packages seasonally, so if your event is later in the year, please use these as a reference only for the time being.

Parking is easy in neighbouring streets (about a 5 min walk). Busses run regularly along Norwood Road with Lancaster Avenue (Stop L) being the closest, but plenty of other stops in walking distance.

We always recommend booking at busy times, to avoid disappointment, but we are very happy to accept walk-ins.

We strictly prohibit the use of electronic cigarettes or vapes inside our spaces; however, you are more than welcome to use the rear garden!

Yes, we are dog friendly and doggy treats can be found in the main bar.

Yes, we are child friendly. We do ask that children remain seated with their families. Children are welcome until 9pm as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

We do not charge an entry fee.

We have a password-free Wi-Fi available to all guests.

We generally show main tournaments such as the football/rugby world cup, 6 nations or similar. Check out our socials for what will be on.

If you are ordering alcohol, we operate Challenge 25. If you are lucky enough to look 25 or under, please be prepared to show your ID to our team.
